It may be recommended as part of your therapy program. Discount available through a certified provider, ask for details. Schedule a Myo Munchee phone consult for more information.
Before & After Frenectomy
Therapy plan to address needs before and after tongue tie or lip tie release (frenectomy). Pre-release therapy works to improve muscle tone & control. Therapy continues after release to improve function. Initial evaluation and therapy should begin prior to revision surgery for best outcome. Not every frenulum needs to be released. Movement and function should be assessed to determine if a release is recommended.
Mini Meo Myo
Therapy plan for children ages 4 or 5 yrs old. Intended to 'bridge the gap" for clients not quite old enough for traditional "big kid" myofunctional therapy. For a therapy plan to be successful a child must be able to cooperate, comprehend, and comply. Parents and caregivers are essential for best results. Very young children are best served by other specialists*.
*If you reside in San Antonio area, Faith is happy to help connect you with local providers that treat younger children.
